Taylor C. Nelms and George Hofheimer will detail the opportunity at hand to transform how we understand what matters around diversity, equity, fairness and inclusion. They will then share yet-to-be-released research highlights from the “Pathways to Impact Qualitative Study” which applies the consumer voice to our previous work testing financial programs and products designed to reach and serve minority households. This new research provides a framework for developing and implementing high quality programs with long-term, sustainable impact.
