Filene first introduced the concept of Centers of Excellence in 2016 to help organize research around the most pressing issues facing the future of credit unions. Built on a significant body of research and based on feedback from hundreds of credit unions and their partner organizations, these key focus areas were identified to provide credit unions with actionable research to continue to make a significant impact and transform the credit union industry in the years to come.
