Trish DiMaggio-Zander serves as Partner Engagement Manager at Filene Research Institute. In her role she actively contributes to the success of credit unions by developing and maintaining impactful member relationships and leading day-to-day membership activities. Working closely with senior credit union executives and vendors she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of Filene's initiatives with credit unions' broader strategic initiatives and overall success.
Prior to working at Filene Research Institute she was VP, Executive Client Director for Kasasa's Customer Success Team where she collaborated closely with existing clients, providing strategic consultation to execute growth initiatives, enhance profitability, and elevate the value of the Kasasa partnership.
She also held roles at CheckAlt where she was responsible for strategic corporate partnerships and client relationship management; and Trustage (formerly CUNA Mutual Group) where she held multiple roles in the Sales and Marketing division.
Trish graduated summa cum laude from Ashford University with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
