Robin Blake serves as Strategy Vice President at Kinecta. In this role, he spearheads strategy formulation and execution, oversees our competitive intelligence, and manages our strategic planning processes. Additionally, Robin drives a suite of strategic initiatives, ensuring the credit union is forward-looking, navigating business challenges and delivering on Kinecta’s long-term strategic vision.
Before joining Kinecta, Robin served as the Head of Strategy & Operations for Startup Banking at Silicon Valley Bank. In this role, he championed strategic growth, devised innovative financial products, and played a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting employee engagement. Earlier in his career, Robin worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he advised top-tier financial institutions on corporate and business unit strategies and managed expansive operational transformations. Robin began his professional journey at Lehman Brothers as part of a team dedicated to making private investments in elite alternative asset managers.
Robin holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he was named a Wallman Scholar. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University. Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, Robin is deeply committed to advancing educational opportunities for the LGBTQ+ community and actively volunteers with various scholarship foundations to champion this cause.
