With more than 17 years of experience in the Credit Union industry, Robbie Roberson currently serves as Director of Corporate Retail Operations for Oregon Community Credit Union ($1.3B). Roberson’s role centers on spearheading innovation with value-added products, services and remote delivery solutions to OCCU members while ensuring exceptional experiences. As a leader, Roberson is fascinated with what the future holds and believes Credit Unions need to continuously push innovation to stay relevant amid the rapidly changing competitive landscape. He credits his various roles in branching, marketing, data analytics, contact center and virtual services with giving him a specialized viewpoint on member experience, collaboration and what it takes to pull disparate ideas together to explore and address member issues and needs.
Roberson is a lifelong Oregonian and graduate of the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business. He enjoys the outdoors and spends time running, fly fishing, hiking and snow skiing.
