Norm Buchanan is Chief Business Transformation Officer of Everwise Credit Union, a position he has held since March of 2023. Prior to coming to Everwise, Norm accumulated a broad range of increasing leadership experiences with corporate positions and professional services consulting engagements with Fortune 500 Companies in the field service, retail, telecommunications, and computer hardware Industries.
Norm began his financial services career in 2015 at Alliant Credit Union in Chicago where he served as Vice President, Chief Product and Experience Officer. In his eight years at Alliant, Norm held positions responsible for Member Experience Research and Design, Product Strategy, Product Management, Member and Product Analytics, Program & Enterprise Portfolio Management, Business Analysts, Agile Center of Excellence, and the Wealth Management Business Unit.
Norm earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Mitchell E. Daniels School of Business.
