Molly Leiterman is a Financial Consultant at TruStage. She has a passion for creating universally understood stories that help communities grow in economic and financial knowledge. Building equity drives her love for educating both herself and others to work to eliminate various economic and financial disparities that exist across different ethnic groups and identities.
Molly lives her passion through financial, economic, and strategy consulting that results in more informed strategic planning and increased consumer engagement for credit unions as well as other financial and insurance organizations. Her sweet spot is the blend of both quantitative and qualitative research, calling herself a “people and numbers person.” Prior to her current role, she worked as a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Rotational Specialist, spending time in Multicultural Business Strategy and Consumer Research at TruStage, and on Filene’s Research Team. She also has a background in leadership development and evolving personal leadership styles.
Molly received her Bachelor's in both Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from St. Norbert College, and a certificate and minor in Spanish. In her spare time, Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new coffee shops, CrossFit, thrifting, and traveling.
