Mirella​​​​ Reznic

EVP Chief Strategy Officer at Valley Strong Credit Union

About Mirella​​​​

In her current role, Ms. Reznic is responsible for defining the strategic direction of Valley Strong Credit Union. She has ongoing responsibilities of overseeing the Marketing, Technology, Data Office & Advanced Analytics, Digital Transformation and Product. In addition, Ms. Reznic works with the CEO and executive leadership team to evaluate mergers & acquisitions as well as define prioritization across the credit union on large scale initiatives.

Prior to joining Valley Strong Credit Union, Ms. Reznic worked for JPMorgan Asset Management, in their London offices, overseeing a business unit across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) worth $7 Billion in Assets Under Management. She has worked previously in Fintech (financial technology), helping to build out Big Data Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions and well as other Fortune 100 companies such as American Express and MetLife. Over the past 25 years, she has worked across financial services in the US, Latin America and Europe.

Ms. Reznic’s key areas of expertise include Technology, Digital Transformation, Marketing, Data, Product Management, Wealth Management, Insurance, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). She has spoken at various conferences, events and industry forums on these topics.

She is a graduate of Cornell University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Neurobiology and subsequently her Master’s in Business Administration in Finance and Strategy.

Previously, she sat on the board of several companies, both for-profit as well as not-for profit while living in the UK for over 12 years. Currently, she sits on the board of the PAM Foundation, a 501c(3) charity focused on providing academic grants to students in Latin America. She also sits on the Customer Advisory Board at Alkami Technology.

On her spare time, Ms. Reznic plays golf, tennis and enjoys surfing and travelling. She plays the violin and enjoys investing in start-ups and films.
