Mallory Surprenant has been NorthCountry Federal Credit Union's Support Services Supervisor since February 2017. Recognized as a valuable resource for process improvement, problem-solving, and personal development, Mallory recommends enhancements to the credit union systems and processes. Her work assists back-office staff in providing world-class service to their fellow employees and members. She has worked at NorthCountry since 2012. Mallory graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.A. in psychology and received her Masters in Business Administration in May 2016. She is also the Vice Chair of the Credit Union Young Professionals of Vermont. In her spare time and when the weather permits, she enjoys sailing on Lake Champlain with her husband and Coton de Tulear, Teddy.
