Maddie first joined the Filene family as an intern in the summer of 2022, when she fell in love with Filene's mission to think forward and change lives. Today, Maddie serves as the Incubator Associate, supporting the Lab, Filene's i3 and i2 programs, and other critical incubator projects.
Maddie earned a BA in Economics and a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Credit unions are where Maddie married her love for community involvement and the financial industry. She is ready to help credit unions test new products and ideas that will accelerate growth and decision-making. Maddie is set to scour the landscape for the credit union industry's emerging challenges and offer implementable solutions.
In her free time, you can find Maddie hiking and backpacking, an activity she enjoys so much that she even worked at Zion National Park for a summer! If you see Maddie, be sure to ask her about the latest book she is reading or to see pictures of her dog Rosie.
