| Brad Hickey has spent over 10 years in credit unions and financial services building transformative systems, applications, and methodologies. He joined American Airlines Credit Union in 2012 and currently serves as Manager, Application Development. He considers it his career mission to bridge the gap between credit union culture and creative, technical thought to facilitate the development of innovative financial solutions through employee engagement and team building. Brad earned his Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designation in 2016 and is certified in The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) which prescribes methodologies and best practices for enterprise architectures. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio. He currently lives in Grapevine, TX and enjoys traveling and volunteering in his spare time. |
