A quantitative research professional, Anna Bruzgulis brings her background in market research and project management to coordinate the output of Filene’s most important asset: our research.
Nothing at Filene can be described as traditional, including Anna’s journey to Research Manager. Prior to market research, Anna began her career in educational research at the University of Chicago Consortium on School Research. While there, Anna facilitated the work for multiple district-wide school climate surveys, one of which resulted in new insights into the challenges facing principals and other school leads. Her mission-driven background now brings Anna to Filene, where she will work with the leaders of our six Centers of Excellence to guide Filene’s research agenda and produce research and ancillary outputs that will further the credit union movement.
Anna graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Russian and East European Studies. Based in Chicago, Anna takes advantage of the robust food scene and likes to try new restaurants in the area. When Anna is not exploring Chicago, she can be found painting at home or challenging her friends to the latest board game.
