With over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have developed strong skills in leadership, coaching, organizational management and sales management. I am currently Branch Manager for BlueShore Financial at the Edgemont Village branch in North Vancouver, BC. In this role, I manage a team of 11 branch sales and advisory professionals, and ensure the actions of this team support the organization’s retail strategy. I am overseeing the transformation of our branch into a “Financial Spa” in a custom-built new facility in 2015. I joined the credit union (then known as North Shore Credit Union) in 1999 following experience as an account executive managing personal and corporate investment portfolios with Georgia Pacific Securities Corporation. Over the past 15 years, I have advanced from the role of Financial Advisor to Financial Services Manager to Branch Manager at two other branches before taking the leadership position at Edgemont in 2012.
