We will give the top applicants an opportunity to learn a bit of the Filene Method of Innovation. Each of the top candidates will be put into (virtual) teams to ideate on a problem provided by Filene. Just like our Filene i3 teams do now but on a very condensed timeline. We'll even have a Filene i3 alumnus on each team to help guide you. Teams will present their idea to Filene via a webinar.
