People and Process: The Art and Science of Organization
Filene brings our research centers for Operations and Talent together for their final event to tackle the biggest factors impacting the way credit unions run and the impact on their employees.
Day 1 is filled with insights from the work Filene Fellows Huggy Rau and Sekou Bermiss have done around how credit unions need to start with people and processes rather than jumping to solutions. Day 2 is all about putting those learnings into action: working with keynote speakers, you will have a chance to join facilitated sessions to put ideas you have learned into action plans that can be taken back to your organization.
