The Art + Science of Organization
Research Event | Operations & Talent
Filene brings our second virtual event of the year, Art + Science of Organization, to you on June 16-17. We will dive into insights from our Centers for Operations and Talent to tackle the biggest factors impacting the way credit unions run and the impact this has on their employees.
We are all working in new environments and experiencing new sources of friction. Financial services are faced with particular challenges as they navigate the impact COVID-19 has on their day-to-day operations and their employees. Even in times of crisis, we need to start by understanding our people and our processes before we jump to solutions. Join us June 16-17 to see how we can move forward as an industry.
This event is great for Finance, Operations and Human Resources leaders.
