Understanding consumer's financial needs is vital. Filene Fellow Hope Schau helps guide our understanding of credit union members' needs by hosting the leading minds to walk us through the lifecycle of financial behaviors. Backed by cutting edge research, speakers will analyze the link between spending behaviors and chromosomes, the impact of financial literacy in schools and in the home, and how to make your marketing tell the story you intend to by taking into account what words trigger different thoughts and meanings about money.

With interactive sessions on day two geared for lending, marketing, operations and biz development leaders, attendees will head home with insights on how to better attract, serve and grow loyal members.
