Filene brings our research from the Center of Excellence for Business Strategy to you one final time to tackle the biggest factors impacting member experience and service excellence.
Day 1 is filled with insights from Filene Fellow Dennis Campbell on what the cutting edge research is saying around designing, producing, managing and implementing memorable and impactful experiences for people in service delivery. Day 2 is all about putting those learnings into action: working with keynote speakers, you will have a chance to join facilitated sessions to put ideas you have learned into action plans that can be taken back to your organization.
There will be a special executive session with Dennis Campbell to dive even deeper into the research he has done around the member experience.
