Review and refine your existing plan during a 90-minute interactive session. Connect your current strategy with the needs of today’s members. Includes an optional pre-session survey to identify areas of alignment and opportunities for further discussion.
Strategic Planning – Virtual or In-Person
This 4 or 8-hour session guides your team in Interactive conversations to advance your organizations’ growth and service objectives. During both group sessions and breakout conversations, you'll build alignment on the most important themes across your Board and Leadership team. This also includes an optional pre-session survey to identify areas of alignment and opportunities for further discussion.
