Credit union leaders are tasked with continually balancing growth, while ensuring mission and members are top of mind. This requires credit unions to continuously navigate increasingly complex challenges, amplified by the rate of technological advances, a widening wealth gap, and unprecedented economic uncertainty. To succeed credit unions must connect with and develop emerging leaders and guide them to build their strategic mindset, enhance their unique skills, and learn new competencies to adapt and thrive in a tumultuous world.
Filene's virtual Crash Course is a 10-month immersive experience where Crashers will learn about Filene's cutting-edge research, glean insights from Filene's Inner Circle, Innovation, and i3 communities, and connect with other emerging leaders across North America. Participants will collaborate with other like-minded leaders to gain a holistic perspective on credit unions and how our industry can continue to serve members into the 21st century and beyond.

Crash Course Objectives:
The goal of Filene’s Crash Course is to provide recognition and reward talent, as well as provide credit unions with a tool to take their leadership development to the next level.
