Since their inception, credit unions have had to balance margin and mission. Today, Filene Fellow Mai Nguyen introduced us to the work Filene’s newest Center of Excellence for Community Social Impact will embark on and how credit unions can better understand the challenges facing their communities and how financial institutions can better track and meet community and member needs.
