Last year Filene launched the Credit Union Innovation Success Study, which measures the state of innovativeness of the credit union sector based on member experience. In this webinar, we reviewed Year 1 results and heard first-hand from a participating credit union on how the survey advanced their efforts. Then we shared how Filene members can register to participate in the study for free this year.
