This year at Filene's Annual GAC Chair's Breakfast, innovation was top of mind. Over the past two years, Filene's i3 teams scanned the industry to find the biggest innovations happening in the credit union world and presented case studies to Filene's members. The cumulative efforts led to the launch of Filene's inaugural Innovation Award, with Bank Dora announced as the first winner. We also introduced the new wave of the i3 program, tomorrow's leaders who will advance their organization's culture of innovation. To top it off, Filene announced the official launch of The Lab at Filene, Filene's latest project from the Center of Excellence for Innovation & Incubation.
