Patrick Calhoun spent his career serving credit unions. As a founding Research Council member at Filene, he supported Filene in our earliest years of research. These efforts helped ensure that the credit union industry had access to research that was thoughtful, informed and innovative around financial services issues – helping to prepare credit unions for the future.
While guiding Filene’s early research, Patrick also served as the President/CEO of the State Employees Federal Credit Union for 15 years, served as Chairman of the New York State Credit Union League and was a board director of the Credit Union National League.
We raise our glass to Patrick. Filene is just one of many who are eternally grateful for the passion he poured into the credit union movement.
