Fiscal Year 2024 Annual Impact Report

FY24 was a year of unprecedented challenges and transformative change for financial services. In this edition, we explore how credit unions across the country rose to the occasion, embracing resilience, innovation and collaboration. This report is filled with real-world stories from credit union leaders and the latest insights and actionable strategies focused on helping credit unions navigate the biggest challenges facing our industry while setting the stage for a stronger, brighter future.

Operating in an "Everything, Everywhere All at Once" World

FY24 has been a year of innovation, growth, and impactful change for our credit union network. Credit unions have continued to lead the way in improving financial well-being in communities across the country. They have pushed boundaries on who they can reach with new products that uniquely meet financial needs. However, most importantly this year has been a reminder that the credit union industry's biggest strength and opportunity is our ability to embrace inclusivity and serve the underserved in our communities.

Once it was necessary to consider only ourselves, our families and our immediate neighbors. Now our design for living must consider EVERY family, EVERY community, EVERY state and EVERY nation—must not leave anybody out.
