Accelerate Your Innovation Competencies

Leverage the Filene Method in one day with Filene's Innovation Accelerator Workshops to make innovation and everyday habit.

More than 1,000 emerging leaders have been trained on the Filene Method delivering impactful ideas to change consumers’ lives. Now, you can too.

The Filene Method

The Filene Method was created by and for credit union professionals. Rooted in human-centered design, it arms credit union talent with actionable tools that they can use immediately to create new ideas based on what members need now.

Innovation helps align people in difficult times and an innovation mindset can help your organization weather uncertainty, build organizational alignment against key strategies, and test ideas to see results before you make final investments.

With these skills and knowledge, you can deliver more impactful ideas that change members’ lives for the better every single day. This is how you maximize member value!

Innovation Accelerator Workshop

Led by Senior Director of Advisory Services Erin Coleman, Innovation Accelerator Workshops will walk participants through the innovation curriculum based on the Filene Method in one day. This accelerated format will allow you and your team to start creating and testing new ideas at your organization immediately.

Teams will dive into the six steps of innovation, participate in empathy mapping to gain a deeper understanding of your specific member needs, and obtain free and actionable tools to bring back to your credit union.

What Others Are Saying

This Workshop highlighted for me that no idea is a bad idea. Just think about how many ideas came before 2019 that suddenly got pushed to the top of the priority list because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have to take those ideas and put them into practice and the Filene Method will be a great help for Collins Community Credit Union as we keep transitioning.
