With the ever-increasing reliance on technology and vendor partnerships within the credit union industry, it is more important than ever for employees and members to be aware of the status of credit union systems.
StatusTrack connects members and employees to real-time system status updates in an easy to understand format, helping increase member satisfaction and reduce call center volumes.
StatusTrack launched into pilot with a group of three credit unions. This phase incuded using StatusTrack as a tool to communicate the status of credit union operations to both credit union members and employees. Each credit union had a cobranded version of StatusTrack that included member-facing and administrative sections. During the pilot period, 14 outages with significant severity to warrant the change of StatusTrack status occured.
