CU-HomeWise is designed to connect investment property owners to quality tenants. This program consists of testing several markets with simultaneous tenant screening services, using credit scores and RDR algorithm, to better identify the risk factors with that tenant.
We’re set to develop:
- Marketing toolkit for credit unions
- Training system for credit union staff
- Prototype Web site where credit union property investors connect with responsible renters
- Comparative data on the tenant screening services using the traditional Credit Score and the RDR algorithm methods
- Final e-report with the key findings from the learning experience with the pilot credit unions.
