Subriena Persaud

Research Manager at Filene Research Institute

With a background in business and sociology, combined with a specialty in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methods, Subriena brings her talents to Filene as a research associate. Combined with a curiosity on issues facing financial institutions and a mission to help solve those issues, she will help Filene stay on the cutting-edge of financial services to support the credit union movement.

Prior to Filene, Subriena worked at George Mason University Foundation as a research and data analyst where she helped build their predictive analytics capabilities from scratch to help identify and better understand prospective donors. Subriena is a published author with experience as a researcher for corporate and government clients. She has worked as a writer, blogger, and has teaching experience.

When she is not aiding in the latest credit union research, you can find Subriena curled up with the latest horror novel or oil painting.
