As head of finance and operations, Patsy ensures that Filene has the appropriate resources to sustain and keep pace with Filene’s mission and strategic ambitions. She loves to continuously improve and challenge business operations to get the most out of limited resources – while laying the foundation to support future growth and financial sustainability.
Patsy has over 30 years of global experience advising companies on international operations, risk management, process re-engineering, financial controls, and governance. Before joining Filene, Patsy was the executive manager for one of the largest not-for-profit, industry training organizations in New Zealand. She has also worked for Ernst & Young, McKesson, Bank of America & ManpowerGroup.
Patsy has spent most of the last 6 years (excepting the pandemic) in random gyms across the Midwest as a volleyball mom. She is now experiencing the joy of the college application process with her daughter, Izzy. Not surprisingly, Patsy outsourced the process to a third-party vendor whose core competencies and ability to scale were far greater than hers in this regard. Her daughter, needless to say, was thrilled.
