Digital Experience Manager at Royal Credit Union

August 1978 – April 2002 ~ Born; Raised a Chicago Sports fan, Became an expert Pizza Delivery Guy.

April 15, 2002 ~ Started in the Credit Union movement as a part-time Teller Guy at UW Credit Union. Had NO idea this was going to be the start of a pretty amazing journey.

April 16, 2002 – July 8, 2011 ~ Gained amazing experiences at UWCU as an Organizational Development Specialist, Consumer Loan Processing/Servicing/Fulfillment Manager and Contact Center Web Services Manager (only wanted jobs that had ridiculously long titles associated with them). Quick Note: I owe everything to the awesome peeps at UW Credit Union. Thank you.

July 12, 2011 ~ Moved up to the Twin Cities as it provided a plethora of free babysitting opportunities (i.e. both my wife’s and my family live within a 15-mile radius of the East Metro)

July 18, 2011 – Current ~ Worked as Director of Training guy at City County Credit Union in St. Paul, Minnesota, then VP – Sales & Coaching guy and now I’m VP – Member Experience guy who loves a challenge, loves being a leader, loves managing, loves coaching, loves strategic planning, loves trying stuff out, is cool with failing and loves succeeding.
