Mary Estes has been with First Commerce Credit Union (formerly Florida Commerce Credit Union) for 29 years. She started in the Collection Department, moving up within the organization as a Branch Manager, VP of Lending, VP of Products and Services, and SVP/Chief Operating Officer. In November of 2014, Mary was promoted to EVP, with current duties including oversight of IT, HR and Compliance with a primary focus of Innovation in Product and Service development. Mary obtained her Certified Credit Union Executive designation in 1990, and her Degree in Finance from Florida State University in 1993.Mary has been married to Barry Estes for 34 years, and together they have two children - Jaime, age 21, and Devin, age 20. They have lived in Tallahassee, FL since 1984. Even though her degree is from FSU, Mary is a faithful Gator fan! In her spare time, she loves the outdoors, including gardening, hiking, biking, and boating.
