Larry Flory is a Technology Management professional in the Credit Union industry. Larry has been part of the credit union industry for over 20 years with executive leadership roles in Information Technology, Project Management, and Risk Management. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Florida State University and his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Stetson University. Larry also holds the designation of Project Management Professional (PMP). Larry is known to take a unique and creative approach in his work – factoring in the human element and other subtle but important factors. Highlights of Larry’s career include credit union mergers, system conversions, development and implementation of online and mobile technologies, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
