Kelly Wagner-Grull earned her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Business Administration from Regis University. Kelly was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society that distinguishes scholarship, loyalty to the Jesuit philosophy, encourages good decisions guided by keen discernment, and an active life of service to others. Kelly has more than 16 years' experience in the financial sector and is presently the Director of Operations for the Credit Union of Colorado. Kelly is passionate for being a dynamic, creative and collaborative innovator, with a driven commitment to accomplishing goals. Her professional interests focus on being an advocate for positive change within the organization's strategic planning and development, creating collaborative business partnerships and a purposeful concentration on the Member experience. Kelly thrives on successful implementation of organizational initiatives, incorporating industry best practices and ensuring the core values of our organization's purpose are fulfilled.
Kelly was honored to be chosen to participate in the Filene Research Institute as a 2016/17 i3 member and is thrilled to be on this journey. Kelly and her family live in Parker, Colorado and enjoys spending time in the Rocky Mountains- and all it has to offer.
