Gary Ralston

Ambassador and ExO Innovation Sprint Coach at OpenExO

Gary Ralston is a business innovation coach with over 25 years of success in helping purpose-driven organizations create viable, scalable businesses, transforming their growth trajectories. Since 2015, he has been active in the development and delivery of Exponential Organizations tools and innovation sprints for mid-market and Fortune 50 companies through ExO.Works, the premium services arm of the OpenExO movement. ExO.Works clients have experienced an average 70x return on their investment in ExO Innovation Sprints and supporting offerings.

Gary has worked across a host of industries and sectors, with organizations from startups to multinationals. Industries include aerospace and defense, semiconductors and microelectronics, engineering (AEC), social enterprise and NGO, fintech, clean energy, software development, media and branding, education, real estate, associations and non-profits, food and beverage, broadcasting, cable and telecom, research, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and wellness, airlines, aboriginal community economic development and more.

With such a diverse experience across industries and sectors, Gary is a gifted communicator, synthesist and bridger, helping innovative ideas cross-pollinate between industries to accelerate good business growth. In his community, he is active in the Experimental Aircraft Association Young Eagles Discovery program, igniting and nurturing a passion for aviation in youth 8 through 18 years of age. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, he now lives with his wife, business partner and fellow ExO Coach, Ann Ralston, in Suttons Bay, MI.
