Donna Siejutt is the Chief Human Resources and Marketing Officer. She is a strategic, multidisciplinary human resource and marketing executive with over 20 years leading teams, 16 of them in the credit union industry.
Donna is a graduate of Oakland University. She received a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources with a specialization in Human Services; she also earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is passionate about employee engagement, has been a keynote speaker on the topic.
In her spare time, Donna can be found doing cross-fit, boating, snowmobiling, traveling, and participating in sports with her husband Jason and sons Smyth and Sullivan.
