How many Filene'rs does it take to change a lightbulb? Just one with Dan! He's a real go-getter who will always go the extra mile... all in the name of "team effort." As the Director of Business Services, he takes care of all things facilities, office systems and equipment, records management and business continuity, and on-site technical support of the Filene Team.
Dan started his professional career in college with the Credit Union National Association’s Card Services Group and continued on with the CUNA Councils after earning a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. From there he spent three years at UW Credit Union, then five years at a software start-up company in Madison. Dan worked with Filene for nearly eight years in an operational capacity before departing to work with family-owned business and foundation for almost two years. Now back and better than ever, he's enrolled in the online MBA program through UW-Oshkosh and intends to graduate in a few years.
Dan and his wife have three college age daughters, whom they see frequently as they all live, work, and attend school in Wisconsin. When Dan isn't cracking a joke of his own, he likes to attend stand-up comedy shows in his free time. He also enjoys reading, especially early American history/biographies, and trying new restaurants with friends and family.
