Chelsea Albers leads Business Development and Sales at Posh. She is involved from the first introduction to chat and phone bots via a live demo to technical conversations and contracts. She works with the C-Level of CU's or Banks and their Contact Center Teams to show them both the Member experience and the internal experience of having a Posh chat bot, banking bot or phone bot.
