Brooke Rogers is the Vice President of Member Call Centers for Coastal Federal Credit Union, in Raleigh, NC. In that role, she is responsible for combining technology and innovation to provide consistent service to members through various delivery channels. She played an integral role as Coastal made the transition to a centralized Teller Center using video technology for member interactions, and is charged with the strategic optimization and evolvement of the team. She also created and currently leads a team to aid in the fulfillment of new accounts and loans through remote delivery.
Brooke has 10 years of Credit Union experience, with strong dedication to retail sales and service. She attended the first ever Credit Union Development Educator training at the Graylyn Estate in Winston Salem, NC. She serves on key committees at Coastal, including the Bank Secrecy Act Committee, and the Operations Risk Committee.
Prior to joining Coastal, Brooke completed her undergraduate studies in Business Administration and earned her Master’s in Business Administration at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.
