  1. InterCall is very demanding when it comes to passwords. They’ve given me three strikes. And so I’ve cussed them three times, each time a little louder.

We empathize with your frustration! Intercall works very well once everyone is registered and on the Webinar, but the front end is cumbersome. We suggest trying a password similar to Credit$100 – that has a capital letter, a symbol, and both numbers and letters. Something in this format works well. If you have any further problems, please contact innovation@filene.org and we can set you up.
