Who is Jason?

Jason Milesko

As Chief of Advisory Services, Jason uses Filene research and innovation to help credit unions refocus their strategies and capitalize on promising new ideas.

As a leading strategist, Jason brings more than 12 years of international and domestic consulting and investment experience helping companies immediately increase their profitability and sustainability. Jason excels at working with executive committees to determine the highest-value opportunities and then make changes to capture these opportunities.

Jason joins Filene from Galt & Company, a boutique strategic consulting firm that advises Fortune 500 companies. He earned his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, and he brings a distinguished background in consulting, private equity (Wind Point Partners), and investment banking (Goldman Sachs).

Jason and his wife, Jessica, recently moved to Madison and have three young children. When he is not changing diapers, you can find Jason outdoors. He has completed five marathons and over 25 triathlons, including the 2007 Hawaii Ironman World Championship.
