  1. Share Your Secrets, Win an iPad

    When we built the Debt in Focus Network site, our vision was to establish a center for cooperation among the program’s users. We established a base of marketing materials, video tutorials, and implementation guide, logos, and a questions/answers section. This was only supposed to be the start of it. Our hope was that members of the site would share their own marketing materials on the site, use the site to ask fellow marketing professionals how they have implemented Debt in Focus, and as a community find as many powerful ways to leverage Debt in Focus as possible.

    We haven’t given up.

    From now until September 13, we’re going to dangle a pretty cool carrot in front of you. We’re looking for the most helpful material uploaded to the site during this span. You may upload anything that you’ve used with which to market, train, understand, or package Debt in Focus for your employees, members, or your field of membership at large. What’s your secret to success with Debt in Focus? We want to see it.

    The top entries will be displayed on this site until the end of September for a public vote. Whichever entry is selected by Debt in Focus Network site as being the most helpful material will win an Apple iPad! Second place will win a $50 iTunes gift card!

  1. In addition to typical marketing on our website, newsletter, etc. – we recently developed a financial wellness checkup that we will share with two women’s organizations in our area. Each event will have several hundred women in attendance.

    We’ve prepared an electronic “checkup” that the participant will take and be scored. After scoring, we will then walk them through their score and the checkup – leading them to products like debtinfocus as a solution. The score, response and recoommendations are all available for the pariticipant to take home in a tri-fold brochure that includes the credit union’s website and information.

    We have also developed a PINK theme for women and are planning to wear stethoscopes during the event!
