Through independent research and innovation, the Filene Research Institute explores issues vital to the future of credit unions and consumer finance.

Filene's Ideas Grow Here

  1. Pilot Project Opportunity – Limited Space

Filene recently met an amazing group of entrepreneurs working on an innovation near and dear to our hearts:prized-linked savings. This group, called SaveUp, is partnering with us to pilot their project with15 lucky credit unions…you will need to act fast as we expect this opportunity to go fast.

SaveUp is the first, free nationwide rewards program that encourages Americans to save money, pay down their debts and make positive changes to their financial behaviors. SaveUp can integrate into your existing rewards programs or comprise an entirely new program. The product is targeted toward the young adult market, a segment credit unions are struggling to engage with.

As a new start-up, SaveUp is looking to pilot their product with 15 credit unions for a six month time period at no charge to your credit union. Filene and SaveUp shared all the juicy details during a January 27, 2012 webinar (which can be viewed below). Please complete the notice of interest by Friday, February 3rd if you are interested in participating in the pilot.

We're annoyed by questions like this too, but we're even more annoyed by spam (except the yummy canned kind).
