Sometimes you think and sometimes you do. CU Tomorrow business briefs are a large part of The Filene Research Institute’s project to combine both and help credit unions attract young members, young professionals and young volunteers. Each brief joins elements of academic or market research with practical advice and case studies. They are also, well, brief, designed not to detail exhaustive programs but to match ideas with a basic road map.
Open source means free. If you’re not already a member of the Filene Research Institute, of course we hope you’ll join, but the Filene board considers this issue too important to keep behind the membership wall. The first three briefs show how credit unions can implement programs as diverse as focus groups and consolidation loans. Forthcoming research will outline online advertising, young adult transaction accounts, and advisory board members.
Look for these and future topics under the “CU Tomorrow” tag at Filene’s Research section. It’s one more way we’re trying to help, from your “think and do” tank.
