Filene Research Institute is pleased to announce that Ben Rogers has filled our Young Adult sabbatical position. Ben is the former editor of CEO Report and has a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University. In his new role, Ben will lead an 18-24 month program which will encourage credit unions to become more relevant to young adults.
When asked to comment on this project, Ben had this to say,
“Credit unions are a diamond in the rough. As a young American, I never would have found them or understood them if not for my work at The CEO Report. There are millions of young Americans in the same boat. It is my sincere hope that this project will go a long way to test new models and ideas for credit unions to become more relevant not only to young consumers, but also as an employment option for talented, young professionals and perhaps the introduction of young professionals onto credit union boards.”
In the next few days look for more specific information on how you and your credit union can be involved in this exciting project.
Finally, let’s say hi to Ben below.

It’s too much … stop. Now I just have to convince Mark to move Filene to Fishers and my plan will be complete.
