Filene's Ideas Grow Here

  1. A Radical Sabbatical and Podcasts

Filene is pleased to annouce the launch of a sabbatical program for credit union industry executives who are ready to step outside of their jobs for a limited time and devote their experience, energy, and creativity to our research and innovation iniatives. The sabbatical opportunities available will last from three months to two years, depending on the complexity of the project. Filene is already looking to fill two leadership positions now!

We will work with sponsoring employers of prospective executives on an arrangement regarding compensation. Most sabbatical positions will include performance incentives. If this sounds like an opportunity worth pursuing, check out a more detailed description on our Radical Sabbatical page.

Listen to our very first podcast series entitled Ideas Grow Here – the Radical Sabbatical. We will use this tool to release author interview podcasts and keep you informed on the happenings of Filene. We thank Brent and Trey from Trabian for introducing this technology to Filene. George’s office now looks like a recording studio.
